Printing long columns of data and repeating extended columns on to one page
I'm trying to print four columns of result data that extend over a number of pages when printed normally, causing a waste of paper. I would like to utilise the page better by rapping round columns from below to print alongside the first page data, is this possible?

You may want to try:
1. Open the Page Layout menu tab.
2. Look under Scale to Fit.
3. Click onto the Width drop down box.
4. Select 1 page.
That will bring the four columns into the one page.
I would also suggest changing Orientation to landscape for better fit.
Hope that helps!

Hi Damien
I tried out your suggestion but only succeeded in producing a single vertical print of the extended print area on the one page, it was so small in font size that it was impossible to read. What i'm trying to achieve is the print area on second and third pages of worksheet to be printed alongside that of the first page.
Thanks for trying

I get you now. Unfortuately I don't know how to do that but maybe the others here might know a good method?
Hope you get your answer friend!
