printing in excel resize function

I am new to this 2019 / 2020 version of excel on my Mac.  There use to be a function where you could reduce the size of the work sheet so you could print either landscape or portrait on an 8 1/2 x 11" sheet. It is not at the top of the ribbon bar.  HELP! I can't print.  The set print area function isn't working either.
