Printer

My HP Office Jet Pro 8028 will print a test page.

I do everything right to print an Excel page and I get an error message: eo6

I am asking you for help.

    • Restart the Printer: Unplug the printer from the power source. Wait for about 30 seconds, then plug it back in and turn it on.
    • Check for Firmware Updates: Ensure your printer’s firmware is up to date. You can check for updates through the HP Smart app or HP's website.
    • Reset the Printer: Perform a factory reset of the printer. This option is usually found in the printer’s settings menu under “Setup” or “Maintenance.”
    • Check Network Connections: Ensure the printer is properly connected to your network. If you’re using Wi-Fi, check the connection and consider reconnecting the printer to the network.
    • Reinstall Printer Drivers: On your computer, uninstall and reinstall the printer drivers. You can download the latest drivers from HP’s support website.
    • Inspect and Clear Print Queue: On your computer, check the print queue for any stuck print jobs. Clear the queue if necessary.
