printer properties not applying to all tabs

When i change the printer properties it is not applying to all tabs int he worksheet.  

File

Print

Print Entire Workbook

Printer Properties (change to color, hole punch, etc.)

Previously this would change all tabs

Now i must update all tabs individually

I am not sure what changed or where the setting to correct this is.
