Print variations when opened in different locations

I'm struggling with keeping my excel print properties the same as I switch between my at work office and the one at home while using the same laptop.  I'm using the "Microsoft Print to PDF" printer and use a macro to essentially keep everything the same (print quality, margins, paper size, etc) the same.  But when I go home, my sheets will lose 2 rows for reasons I can't fathom.

I appreciate your time in helping.

You don't really give enough information for us to diagnose remotely (unless someone has experienced exactly the same issue, and even then it might be for different reasons). So let me ask you a few questions to get more info:

    1. If you don't print to PDF, but rather print directly to a printer filled with paper, does the same thing happen?
    2. (By the way, your use of the word "essentially" there suggests that things may not be entirely/completely the same.) What happens if, instead of using a "macro to essentially keep everything the same" you give the "print to PDF" instructions manually at home?
    3. Does it happen with all spreadsheets that are more than a single page?
    4. Does something comparable happen with Word documents, when printing to PDF?
    5. I'm presuming the two rows that are lost are at the bottom of the range: is that an accurate assumption? If not, where are they being lost from?
    6. Do the "lost rows" still appear but on the top of the next page? Or do they get lost entirely?

Let's go with those for starters, but if there's anything else that might be pertinent, please let us know.

I appreciate your response and I apologize for not including enough information. Partly, I don't know what information needed to be supplied to figure this out. But here are your answers:

      1. I don't have a printer at home, but generally a specific printer will have its own driver / settings that will inherently cause a change in printing outcome. What makes this problem strange (to me), is that I'm not changing the print driver since its the same computer.

      2. The same results take place if I manually change them. I created the macro to help not forget a setting and to be more consistent. But yes, regardless of methods of changing print setting, this problem exists.

      3. Yes. It happens with all my spreadsheets regardless of pages.

      4. I'll investigate word. Its not a program I use very often so I don't have that answer handy.

5 & 6. The capacity of the PDF sheet is dropped by 2 rows. They aren't necessarily lost but appear on the top of the next sheet. But when I have sections on the spreadsheet & titles, it can look very unprofessional if left alone.

Thank you for your time / interest in this issue.

To continue answering your questions, I did try a word document last night.  In both locations, I had the same amount of rows per page at home and in the office.  So no noticeable change anyway.  This might just be inside of excel then?

What is really mysterious here, if i understand your first posting correctly, is that this all happens on the same laptop computer. It's only the location--at work or at home--that changes. Is that correct?
