print the name of and individal in B4 and it would automatic put it B12 is this possible
print the name of and individal in B4 and it would automatic put it B12 and B18 instead of having to type it all the time is this possible

But I must ask "Why?"
Is this a matter of printing, such that the name appears at the top left corner of each page? there's another way to do that.
Under File....Page Setup....Columns to repeat at left
I only want to make the point that usually one would avoid repetition of a cell--it's kind of inefficient--so it makes me wonder what your purpose is.
I did not want to continually print the same name over and over I was hoping that in the column B4 putting the name in that line that it would print latter in the column rather having to keep tying it .
You could make a formula for B12 and B18:
=B4
