PRINT PREVIEW IS NOT AVAILABLE

HI, 

 

MY EXCEL WILL NOT LET ME PRINT OR SAVE MY DOCUMENTS IN PDF. IT SAYS THE PRINTER IS NOT CONNECTED BUT IT IS,  THE ERROR CODE IS "e02" 

 

IT SAYS I MAY NOT HAVE ENOUGH SPACE, I HAVE SPACE ON MY COMPUTER. THE DOCUMENT DOES HAVE ALOT OF SHEETS, BUT EVEN WITH A NEW FILE I CANNOT SAVE AS PDF OR PRINT.

    First, it's generally considered inconsiderate to type all in CAPS--the visual equivalent of yelling at your readers--so please turn off the caps lock key for future postings.

    1. When did this failure to print first occur?
    2. Does it occur with software other than Excel? (Word, PowerPoint, other software altogether, outside the MS Office Suite?)
    3. Assuming you are able to print other documents, what is distinctive or different about the one(s) that don't print?
    4. What kind of computer are you using?
    5. What version of OS?
    6. Which version of Excel?
    7. What brand and model of printer?
