Power View Report doesn't work, nor Ideas

I'm using Microsoft Excel® per Microsoft 365 MSO (16.0.13029.20342) a 64 bit

Today Christian from Microsoft technical support suggest me to post here.

I've installed all the updates, tried to install silverlight (but the same version is already installed) but Excel Power view report still doesn't work nor Ideas button.
