Power Query table range
That's straightforward operation
and you always may check in Name Manager what is the actual size.

Thank you, yes I am aware of that as well. I have tried to edit this before it said $A$1:AAC$490 so I tried $A$1:AAC$700 and selected OK. It resorts back to the $A$1:AAC$490 every time.

The data I pasted today has 552 rows. When I look at the queries and connections it is only using 489 of these rows + what you already tried and exchanged with Patrick2788 & SergeiBaklan I'm under the impression there's a confusion somewhere...
The Queries & Connections pane indicates how many rows are returned/output by the query, not the #rows of the Input/Source table. Both numbers can equal if the query doesn't filter out anything though
- sabrenaOct 10, 2024Copper ContributorYes the confusion may be on my parts because this is not my strong area. It's almost like there is a limit of rows that are filtering. I am not 100 % sure on this so any guidance would be appreciated.

Do I understand correctly you try to resize the table returned by Power Query? If so that doesn't work.

I believe I am, but it does not work. Do you have step by step instructions on how I may be able to do it to see if I am doing it correctly?
