Power Query table range
Usually Power Query takes as source structured table or named range. If the latest check in Name Manager how the name is defined and correct if necessary.

That's straightforward operation
and you always may check in Name Manager what is the actual size.

Thank you, yes I am aware of that as well. I have tried to edit this before it said $A$1:AAC$490 so I tried $A$1:AAC$700 and selected OK. It resorts back to the $A$1:AAC$490 every time.

The data I pasted today has 552 rows. When I look at the queries and connections it is only using 489 of these rows + what you already tried and exchanged with Patrick2788 & SergeiBaklan I'm under the impression there's a confusion somewhere...
The Queries & Connections pane indicates how many rows are returned/output by the query, not the #rows of the Input/Source table. Both numbers can equal if the query doesn't filter out anything though
