Power query Sharepoint folder O365 and Apps for enterprise

Hi 

I have a question, If I get Apps for Enterprise addon (along with my normal O365 Business premium account) and I create a file that uses power query to collect data using the sharepoint folder connection. Would my colleague with only O365 business premium be able to refresh the data? 

Right now i have the file created using onedrive but of course she can't refresh that either as it points to my own C drive so I was looking at the sharepoint folder option but sadly thats not available to create with business premium.
