Power Query Refreshes in Excel Web

As I understand it, Refreshing Queries in Excel Online is now a possibility, provided the data sources are within the workbook. This was great news because it made aggregations of tables easy. However, when I go to refresh online, I get an error saying this workbook is not in the cloud despite it being in OneDrive.

The specific error is:

Power Query queries in Excel for the Web can’t be refreshed in workbooks saved in a third-party cloud location.

How do I solve this? The document is in OneDrive and all queries are referring to a source table in the workbook.
