Power Query Merge Issue
I am having trouble merging queries. Both columns are cleaned, trimmed, and the same data yet none of the rows are matching. Any suggestions?

- Where does that data come from? Any unprintable characters in there by any chance (like character 160). If the data originates in Excel, what happens if you look at it in the formula bar, any leading or trailing characters?
