Power Query 2016 without the option PDF

Good afternoon,

I need to import data from a PDF file to a Excel and power query is not enabling to import from PDF as the tutorials say.

I can't find a solution for this in the internet.

I tried to download Power Query, but when I try to install it says "it's already installed".

I don't know what else to do. Anyone else with this problem?
