Mynda Abiola1 SergeiBaklan After lot of research, I have FIXED the problem by replacing Addins folder from another system. My system has lesser files compared to another system. I copied the whole addins folder under C:\Program Files\office16 and replace my folder. and it works now. and Thank you for all of your inputs. However, I didn't understand how a installation have less files 🙂

Bruce0108 looks like a problem with the Excel files. Have you tested these files on a different PC or tested different files on the same PC?

Mynda , I have tried the same files on different PC. the window appears. Infact the first window taken when I tried in different PC.
