Thank you for your reply.
I identified this topic. because I actually use Excel A online. But let me explain a little better.
There are two folders on Sharedrive:
-Folder A
---Excel A
-Folder B
---Excel B
In "Folder B," several Excel files containing data (RAW DATA) are downloaded every day, and these files are read-only (ExcelB, ExcelC, ExcelD, Etc.).
On the other hand, I work with "Excel A" every day, as I need data from various files stored in "Folder B." In the "Excel A" file, I created several Power Queries that I update every morning to have the latest data.
This situation has always worked well; however, it often happens that I update the Power Queries in Excel A (it shows that the rows have been loaded), but the latest changes (added data) in Excel B are not reflected in the Power Query.
Is there a maximum number of rows for Power Queries?
As it sometimes works, I don't quite understand if it's a Sharedrive connection issue or an Excel limitation.
Thank you.

Thanks for this additional info. & for clarifying Excel on Web
Is there a maximum number of rows for Power Queries?
Theoritically No. However, it depends on what you talk about
#Rows displayed in the Power Query Editor is limited
On the other hand max. #Rows returned by Power Query on a table on a worksheet has only 1 limitation: the max #Rows a worksheet contains (> 1M if the table header is in row #1)
I don't quite understand if it's a Sharedrive connection issue or an Excel limitation
You keep talking about Sharedrive. What do you exactly mean with this? Do you actually refer to SharePoint?
