Power Pivot

Hi. I have a question about Power Pivot table with data source saved on OneDrive.

The path to the data source starting with "C:\Users\myusername\OneDrive - company name\SharePoint\etc". Since, other users (which we share sharepoint) have different usernames, Power Pivot refreshing would not work for them.

I found a solution for Power BI (using sharepoint url), however it doesn't work for Power Pivot.

I would really appreciate if anyone can advise me how to replace the local drive and username for PP connections to data source! Thank you

    You will need to either:

    a) share the OneDrive file with anyone else who will need to refresh, or

    b) store the file somewhere that is accessible to anyone else who needs to refresh

Either way, the "C:\..." path is a local path, you should use the remote path for OneDrive.

Right click on the file in File Explorer and select OneDrive>Copy Link or OneDrive>Share then copy the link or add people explicitly.

Hi, thank you for the reply.

I did share the file the way you suggested, but it didn't help. Also, my colleagues and I are already members of the team SharePoint folder in OneDrive, meaning all files are automatically shared and can be edited with no restrictions.

Attaching the Excel error message, which will appear when my colleagues are trying to refresh the Power Pivot table. Basically, my user name just doesn't exist for them :(.
