Power Pivot not showing as available COM add in
Level 1 support has been unable to troubleshoot the problem. It's not disabled and I have uninstalled and reinstalled the Office365 suite.
I guess you are on Microsoft 365 subscription on Windows. Uninstall/Install not always enough. To be sure use uninstall support tool as here Repair an Office application - Microsoft Support
