Perhaps, the Office home and student 2016 version isn't the latest version.
Please make sure you have the latest version of Office 2016.

I'm not sure it's available for Home & Student https://support.office.com/en-us/article/where-is-power-pivot-aa64e217-4b6e-410b-8337-20b87e1c2a4b (it looks like the article is updated)
