Populate dynamic calendar with table data
Mthammon The calendar template you chose isn't well suited for what you have in mind. As most templates, it's packed with tricks and treats. This particular one is full of named formulae. Neat, but near to impossible to tweak without destroying something else. But, there are templates "out there" that can do what you need. Not too long ago, I adapted such a template for another user on this forum, though it uses the rather new FILTER function. The original template just highlighted that "something was due" on a particular date without specifying what. After my adaption it actually displays the assignment(s) due on a given day.
I took a few columns from your data sheet and dumped them in the template. See if it works for you (file attached). If not, keep searching for a better template.
First of all, it's not my template. I merely adapted an otherwise useless template. Anyhow, I would need to see what you have done. Upload it her or share a link to the file on Onedrive or something similar.

May some functions need oa365.Someone who received your file all have oa365?
Share calendar,how about Outlook or other online calendar?- I have used your examples for different types of data and it works fine. Only problem which i faces is whenever i send those file to someone else all calendar data disapear. Is there any type of restriction on your examples?

Haya_Khan That goes beyond the scope of my involvement in this forum. I'd say, find a template you like as a starting point. Study it, learn and understand the techniques used and than build something yourself.

Here is the sheet. I want to learn how i can make a calendar using this data. Right from the start to end using formulas and if multiple events occur on same date, so all events shown in multiple columns of same date.

- Ookkk...I have just remove discription already appear and add new discription only for the month january to june. All data perfectly shown in calendar. Just when i email to another PC after adding new description calendar didn't work.
