Hello 202627,

If you can only see yesterday’s sheets and the last sheet you edited today, first check Excel’s recovery options.

Go to File > Info > Manage Workbook and look for an AutoRecovered or unsaved version of the workbook.

Also check File > Open > Recent to see whether you may have opened or saved a different copy of the downloaded Excel file.

If the file was stored in OneDrive or SharePoint, check Version History for an earlier version.

If you still have the current workbook, make a copy of it before trying recovery options so you do not overwrite the existing file.

If you tell us what happened immediately before the sheets disappeared, for example whether Excel closed unexpectedly, the file was overwritten, or you downloaded another copy, we can narrow down the recovery steps.
