PivotTables help
just wondering if there is a way to add the "Comments field" from my selected data to the right side of my data columns so it lines up with the corresponding data in the row (red column in the image attached)??
JenneyVolp Something like in the attached file perhaps.

Hi JenneyVolp
You can add the comments in the master data & you use XLOOKUP or VLOOKUP to pull the comments from the mastersheet to pivottable

thanks!
would you have a formula I could use?
I am having trouble with VLOOKUP.
i am using the first two sheets on the spreadsheet attached.
i need the "Comments" from the "DATA BANK" to be added into the "Comments" column in the Pivot table in "SHEET1" - i have highlighted these fields green for reference.
Thanks
Hi JenneyVolp
Please see the attached excel sheet, I have used the dynamic arrays which is easier to solve your query
