When will these functions be available in Excel 365? I keep seeing YouTube videos on how to use, but still not available in my version of Excel. I am not part of beta group.

These functions are currently only available to Microsoft 365 Insiders.
Microsoft does not announce in advance when new features will be released to the Current Channel, since unforeseen bugs might still be discovered.
But I expect the functions to become generally available later this year (2024).
HansVogelaar , I'm not so optimistic. New bugs are still appear, another testing and beta cycle takes time.
HomeG1110 , if compatibility with other people is not important, why not to shift on Beta. That could be some bugs, mainly related to new functionality, but Beta crashes nothing. And that's few minutes job to shift back.
