Pivot Tables
I am using a pivot table but am a novice to Exel. My recent data in the spreadsheet is not showing up in the pivot table. Solutions?

It's difficult to say for certain without seeing the workbook.
A few guesses:
- The pivot table's source data does not include your entire range or table
- If values are not showing it could be that they're numbers stored as text.
- The pivot needs to be refreshed
Thank you for your reply. I have been using the same pivot table for a while now, so I believe step 1 is good. I have completed steps 2 and 3. I am still having issues with Excel. For some reason the data stopped updating within the last few weeks. If you have time, I could send you the spreadsheets so you could take a look at them. Thanks
