Pivot tables
what has changed in Microsoft to cause all my pivot tables to stop putting amalgamated months and changing to individual dates
I am sorting on Invoice dates to see what has been spent month on month. this month when refreshed with new data, its has returned data by individual invoice date - no use to me.
Please advise how I can fix this?

Debbie1064 I suspect the the new data contains texts that may look like dates in the invoice date column. Then Excel can no longer group the data based on a date hierarchy.
