Pivot tables in excel
Hi
I'm.quite new to the pivot tables options in Excel. Basically I have a good template with data and stuff made by my colleagues. I need to create pretty much the same with 2022 data but I'm stuck and I have no idea how to do it .Is there an option to use the already made pivot but just to change the data and replace it without losing the format?

Make sure that the 2022 data table has the same column names as the data table of the existing pivot table.
Copy the pivot table, and paste it to another location in the same worksheet, or another one.
With the new worksheet selected, or any cell in it, activate the PivotTable Analyze tab of the ribbon, and click Change Data Source.
Point to the 2022 data, then click OK.
