pivot table
i have created a pivot table but sum of amount is showing zero..... i don't understand it....

Let's start from this:
- Data Format: Ensure that the data in the column you're using for the sum is formatted as numbers, not text. You can do this by selecting the column, right-clicking, and choosing "Format Cells" to set the format to "Number."
- Hidden Zeros: Check if there are any hidden zeros or non-numeric values in the data. Sometimes, cells that look empty might contain spaces or other characters that prevent them from being summed correctly.
- Empty Cells: Make sure there are no empty cells in the column you're summing. Pivot Tables treat empty cells as zeros, which can affect the sum.
- Data Source Range: Verify that the range of data you've included in the Pivot Table is correct and includes all relevant data.
- Pivot Table Refresh: Try refreshing the Pivot Table by right-clicking on it and selecting "Refresh." This can sometimes resolve issues with data not being updated correctly.
