Pivot Table
I created a pivot table. I want to get the total trips each person has gone on. In othe rpivot tables , a Totals column automatically appears. I can only get the count by creating a column outside of the pivot table. See my attached pivot table. I would also like to be able to sort the pivot table from highest to lowest.

The grand total worked fine. But I was unable to sort correctly. I'm trying to sort by grand totals. I'm not sure where you got that sort screen from. It looks different than Data, Sort.
