Pivot Table with some data

Omaria1575 Okay! I never scrolled so far down. Starting to see what you are after and believe I worked it out. Extended the source for the PT and split up the "Parkinglot" column into two . One column for Private and One for Public. A 1 in the respective column indicates what it type it is.

Yes, you can filter the pivot table using the 'Comparative 2020' column to show only private/public crimes in the Arts District. Use it as a filter or row label, apply color formatting for clarity, and show totals. Even if January is missing, it will still work. This also helps promote fairness by clearly showing how crime is distributed across property types.
