Pivot Table with some data
Omaria1575 Okay! I never scrolled so far down. Starting to see what you are after and believe I worked it out. Extended the source for the PT and split up the "Parkinglot" column into two . One column for Private and One for Public. A 1 in the respective column indicates what it type it is.

Riny_van_Eekelen I want it to show me the number of crimes that happened within that given month on private property, but I want it to be displayed on the graph (the # of private property crimes to show orange, for example, with the corresponding number associated with it).
Omaria1575 Please explain first how to determine a property to be private or public. Your data has a column the captures "Violent/Property". From the location it is not clear wether a property is private or public.
Riny_van_Eekelen In Column E (labeled Parking Lot), if you scroll down, to data starting in February where there is "Private/Public" written. This is only written in cells where cells are labeled Arts District is and the crime is labeled as a "BTFV". I don't have this information for January but started in February to try to section this out.
