Pivot table with dates
I don't know if I have what you're exactly looking to present but I've re-shaped your data to be pivot friendly. You may be able to take this and run with it.

Thanks for your quick support. On a high level I think we have found the solution, I have made a new pivot please check, its midnight here in India and I will continue to do deep dive into this file tomorrow and provide you feedback.
Can you pls let me know how you converted this into table 300x300 into 7x49000 table. Initially I thought about this but though its lot of manual work. But each cell was a calculated cell, now by moving to this format the calculations are gone, how to make this scaleable solution.

Load the the table into power query.
Select all non-date columns
Un-pivot other columns.
Load data to sheet.
