Pivot table value filter

Hi,

I want to filter the values in the 'Box Office Revenue ($)' columns to calculate only the movies which have less than $10,000,000 in revenue in the second pivot table. I tried applying a Value Filter to the 'Box Office Revenue ($)' column but the data doesn't change. Can anyone please tell me what I am doing wrong?
