Pivot Table Unique Values Get Individual Column, Do Not Get One Column with Unique Values in Rows
Dear Experts,
I am having this issue with my pivot tables where rather than having a "Users" column with all of my users listed in their own rows below, each unique user receives their own column. I just want a column header with the unique values below so it can be easily digested. Can anyone explain why this is happening?

If the Users field is currently in the Columns area of the PivotTable, move it to the Rows area.

- lukevalentino26Copper ContributorThanks for your response!! I have several fields, so when its just user it works fine... its when I start adding more. However, I found a bit of a workaround... I needed to revert back to the original pivot table settings that allow drag and drop. For whatever reason, adding fields to rows allows for the desired format you showed above! Another point... I have a lot of data and many of the columns are primarily text based with a lot of words, would removing the + and - signs make the appearance better?
