Pivot table size issues

Hello,

I'm new to pivot table and using Excel 2019. I see that the Pivot table fields are very narrow in my version. And when I'm putting the columns, it shows scroll bars which is making it difficult to select the columns I used to play with as I'm hardly able to see anything.

How can I increase the size of these pivot table fields in my version so that these scroll bars are gone. Thanks for your help.

My current view looks like this - see pivot table fields.. Its very narrow and I'm not getting option to increase the size. I need it like the one given below in the screenshot.
