I downloaded your attached excel however unable to see the PowerQuery solution.

AmyYang But it's in the file. On the Data ribbon, press Queries and Connections.

    I haven't made a Power Query before, wow, it looks quite complicated, thank you for showing me this and I will try to look through the steps so I can re-create for next time.
