Pivot table question

Hi,    Could someone show me how to make a pivot table using the attached example table?    I would like to summarizes the count of each drug from Column B to F). And then also list the manually ...

      Jihad Al-Jarady This is an old post and I don't know what more I can add then what is shown in the file I attached earlier. The query is merely extracting the individual drugs from the "Other" column so that it can be pivoted with the drugs that are in their own column. 

      Anything particular that isn't clear?

    Pivot table file size isssue 88Mb not loading and taking more then an hour to open. anything wrong with pivot table or any suggestions as having a really bad time.

      AmyYang But it's in the file. On the Data ribbon, press Queries and Connections.

        I haven't made a Power Query before, wow, it looks quite complicated, thank you for showing me this and I will try to look through the steps so I can re-create for next time.
