Pivot Table on Dynamic Range

Not sure what your question is, but if you need a pivot table that's always using same data, even when columns or rows change, I'd recommend using Excel Tables. Once you have the Table created and gave it a meaningful name, create a pivot from it.
Going forward, your pivot will use that Table as data source (see Option 1 from here https://www.contextures.com/xlPivot01.html) and will get new data as your table changes (remember though that pivot tables are not refreshed automatically, you will need to hit the refresh button to have it updated).
