Pivot Table not updating

I have a pivot table that is not refreshing correctly. It is only picking up the first 4 weeks of data and the grand total (5 columns in total) 

All the data is available in the file to refresh the table but not it is not updating all the additional weeks despite refreshing the table. 

This table in turn feeds into a chart 

Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated
