Pivot Table formatting changes upon refresh

Hello, I'm working on a Windows 11 PC using MS365 version of Excel.  When I refresh, the resulting table shortens the column width (xxxxxxxx instead of the numeric value) and the numbers won't align consistently (some are moved to the left but the cell/column alignment is set to right).
