    Hi Sophia,

     

    Please find attached the file with my sample if it works in your environment. In your case instead of [Name] in the formula you may use the range like $A$3:$A$13, be sure to use absolute reference.

Thank you for your time trying to deal with this problem...

Unfortunately, when I try to input the formula you wrote I had constant errors...

 

If the formula worked, i could do easily all the rest...
