Pivot Table Error When Try to Refresh

I am having trouble refreshing my pivot table data. Every time I go to data & click refresh all, it pulls up an error message: 

 

This is very frustrating, so any help would be greatly appreciated.

    If staying on PivotTable to check on ribbon->PivotTable Analyze->Change Data Source, how many rows in shown here range?

        So you have only one row in data set, but at least two are required (headers and data). Behaviour as expected, perhaps you need to change your data source.
