Pivot Table Data Formati Problem
Hi,
I have serious problem. Eventhough all the datas are same and there is no empty. when i used pivot table same datas classified differently. I couldnt solve the problem could you please let me know how i can solve this in a practive way.

please find below the table as an example. if you paste this table to excel. if you try it to make as an pivot table you will see the same data called product name column will be classified like different product name

You have to go down to every character of every text in column A.
And you see that at least in some cases the text sometimes includes decimal code 73 and sometimes includes decimal code 304. Difficult to distinguish for the naked eye.
Hello AYDIN_KAYI,
There are slight differences in some of the product names that makes it so that they "appear twice" in your pivot table. Values with differences like:
BC-BAZ SIYAH and BC-BAZ SİYAH
BC-BMW 354 TITANIUM GUMUSU and BC-BMW 354 TITANYUM GUMUSU
BC-FI 483 MENEKSE MAVISI and BC-FI 483(MENEKSE MAVISI)
Fixing these mistakes would get rid of your issue in the pivot table.

You have some odd characters in there that need to be removed and a few typos.
Replace İ with I
There's also a strange space character that MS Word reads as a degree symbol. You can't TRIM and CLEAN it. You'll have to locate an example of it then paste it in the Replace dialog to locate and remove it.
