pivot table behavior related information required

I have one excel workbook .

one table as source data and created many pivot tables with this same source data. in the same work book.

when i change the date format in group , it changes in all pivot tables . 

In some pivot tables i want to show it as year, and in some other as month, 

how to stop changing all the pivot tables. only one should change where i made change.
