Pivot Table actual values
how do i show the actual values in a pivot table. Currently I can Sum, Count, Avergage, etc., but I want to display the actual values. Thanks
A PivotTable aggregates values by Sum, Count, Average... So you can't see the values in the PivotTable. Though, you can double-click on a aggregated value. This will open a separate sheet with a table of records that is the source of that aggregated value
Top of my head the set of records is limited to 1000

If that's with data model, limit could be changed in connection properties. Not sure about cached PivotTable.
