Pivot table > calculated fields
Any one knows why 1 field is showing zero in Pivot? formula in calculated fields are correct. all columns showing data correctly except 1 column

- The formula is correct. I cant share the whole data but I can give you some parts.
This is the formula for the missing data 31 Transfer% ='Contacts transferred out'/'Contacts handled' HelloCathy Obviously, when 0% is incorrect then the formula is incorrect. Would be helpful if you could share a file (Ondrive, Google docs or similar) or at least some screenshots of a larger part of the pivot table, the formula used and the underlying data.

HelloCathy That formula does not take the count of transfers divided by the count of handles. It takes the total of all transferred divided by the total handled. Difficult to explain. Would need the data to demonstrate without guessing.
