Pictures inserted in Excel have shaded backgrounds

I'm trying to create a document for my boss in Excel and when I print it the pictures that I've inserted all have a weird yellowish discoloration behind them.  Even the text that I inserted in a text box has it.  I have tried EVERYTHING!  Help!  I'm ready to throw this computer out the window. help
