permanently save custom number format

Hi, everyone. want to get help on how i can permanently save custom number format in excel so that i can use the number format that created in every newly open excel file, tq.

      I again, after using yours ways, it work for me, but i have a new question that is if got any ways to apply the settings/format created for previous excel file that created before?

        For this, I would suggest using the format painter or maybe the following would help.
