Percentage calculation
I want to know the formula for calculating the tick mark percentage. I have a listing file for 10 products and have 20 customers. Customers item 1 item 2 item 3 Item...

=COUNTIF(B2:E2,"a")/4
And format the cell as %
In row 2:
=COUNTIF(B2:K2,"a")/COUNTA(B2:K2)
Adjust the range if needed, and format the cell with the formula as a percentage.
Then fill down.
