Paste not working

Hi,

I am trying to copy data over from an excel file (which, was created using BI). When trying to paste the data into another spreadsheet to line up with the same format - it will only paste certain sections of the data.

When I click 'copy' on the first sheet - instead of the dotted lines forming around the entire amount of data I am looking to bring over - it's forming lines based on sections (i.e. employee name)..

Seeking help on how to fix the format/etc.. so that I can copy and paste the entire selection I want.
