Paste into VISIBLE cells only

Up until recently (last few mos), I was able to copy from visible cells only, and paste INTO visible cells only. I would use the ALT + ; to select the visible cells, and simply paste whatever I needed to into those cells. That is no longer an option, I see nothing online giving me information about it. I utilize this function often in my work, and now do not have a way to do this. Is there a new command that I need to use?
